Shipping

Melange ships packages via UPS ground service. There is a flat fee for shipments under $75. For orders over $75 (to a single destination) shipping is free. If you need rush-shipment please call the store 818-385-0495 for alternate rates. We will e-mail you a tracking number for your order.

Melange will generally ship an order within 1-3 business days. During the holidays, outgoing shipments will take a little longer. We work very hard to keep adequate stock on hand.

Returns: Melange does not offer refunds. Orders can be returned within 15 days for exchange provided:

- Custom blends are not returnable for store credit
- Items have original tags and have not been opened.
- Customer obtains return authorization number by contacting Melange by phone 818-385-0495 or e-mail
- Please allow 7-10 working days to process exchanges.
- Customer pays for return shipping. Return shipping is not credited to order. Once we receive your package we will notify you via e-mail and you may contact us to exchange your items.

Sales Tax: Sales tax on orders shipped within the state of California will be charged standard sales tax.
